Liv G. Schneider,
Dr. Schneider was born and raised in California, where she attended Stanford University and graduated with Distinction. She moved to Richmond in 1998 to attend medical school at MCV/VCU, where she also completed her residency training and served as Chief Resident. Dr. Schneider is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After practicing for three years in Georgia, she joined the Pediatric Center in 2009. Dr. Schneider enjoys working with first time parents, advocating for vaccination, and understanding the effect of media on children and families. Dr. Schneider is married to a native Richmonder and has three children. She enjoys being active in a mother-daughter book club and following college basketball with her sons.
