To Our Patients and Families, Many of you continue to be affected by the water and power outages impacting Richmond and the surrounding counties. As such, we wanted to provide you with a direct link to the Virginia Department of Health website. This link is especially helpful with the dos and don’ts of the Boil Water Advisory that is now in place in many counties. Please refer to these guidelines for how to care for your little ones, big kids, and family as a whole. It even includes tips for our furry family members. https://www.vdh.virginia.gov/news/richmond-water-plant-response/ In addition to these guidelines, please be advised that a precautionary Boil Water Advisory (BWA) has been issued for Henrico County, effective January 8, 2025. As a result, the water in our medical practice offices is currently under this advisory. For your safety: - Tap water should not be consumed during your visit.
- Tap water may be used for handwashing if necessary, followed by proper drying and the use of hand sanitizer.
