Born and raised in upstate New York, Dr. Yaple joined our practice in 2007. She earned her BA in Psychology at Ithaca College in New York. She went on to receive her medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed her internship and residency at MCV/VCU. Dr. Yaple has been a practicing pediatrician in the Richmond area since 2006. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her medical interests include treating asthma. Dr. Yaple is married and has two children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, family time, and assisting her husband in coaching their sons’ soccer team.
