Sarah Franklin is a Northern Virginia native who has called Richmond home for the past 2 years. She is a proud “Double Hoo,” earning both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Distinction and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia (UVA). She is currently also pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice as a part-time student at UVA. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse on a pediatric acute care unit at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Some of you may have met Sarah while she was a nurse practitioner student completing clinical hours with Dr. Tull. She is excited to return to The Pediatric Center as a nurse practitioner, joining the team in 2025. She is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys going for walks, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring Richmond’s food scene.
