Born in Ohio and raised in Mechanicsville, Brianna Couch joined our practice in 2009. Dr. Couch graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa Honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed her residency at MCV/VCU in Richmond. Dr. Couch is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married and has one child. In her free time, she enjoys running, transpacific travel and biking with her husband.
