We wanted to remind you that you have 30 days from the day of your child’s birth to add them to your insurance policy.
Here are the steps you need to take:
- Contact Your Insurance Provider: Please call the phone number listed on your insurance card to obtain instructions on how to add your newborn to your insurance plan. This ensures that your baby is covered under your policy.
- Select a Primary Care Physician: If your insurance plan requires you to choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP), you can select one from our providers at The Pediatric Center. This helps ensure seamless and comprehensive care for your child.
- Provide a Copy of the Insurance Card: To facilitate the claims process, we will need a copy of your baby’s valid insurance card. This will help us accurately file claims on your behalf.
